• Deliveries are not made on public holidays or weekends.
• During peak seasons (campaigns, holidays, etc.), delivery times may be extended.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment on the Sürat Kargo website.

Please ensure that the address you entered during your order is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

Damaged / Lost Shipment
