Distance Sales Agreement

This contract has been prepared within the scope of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. Parties

The person with the name, address, and contact information specified during the order.

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose qualities and sales price are specified below, and which the BUYER has ordered electronically via the SELLER's website arzumshop.com.tr.

3. Product Information

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and sales price of the product(s) subject to the contract are included in the order summary approved by the BUYER. The order summary is an integral part of the contract.

4. Delivery

The product will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the BUYER within 3-7 business days from the order confirmation. This period may be extended due to stock availability or unexpected circumstances; in this case, the BUYER will be informed.

  • Delivery is only valid for addresses within Turkey.
  • Shipping fees will be notified to the BUYER during the order.
  • Products are sent with discreet packaging; there is no content information on the package.

5. Payment

The BUYER makes the payment by credit card, debit card, or other provided payment methods. Payment is collected upon order confirmation. All payments are protected by SSL security infrastructure.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

For the right of withdrawal to be exercised:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for hygiene products, underwear, and opened personal care products (Regulation on Distance Contracts, Article 15).
  • Notification of withdrawal must be made by e-mail to info@arzumshop.com.tr.

7. Return and Exchange

Products to be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be sent with the cargo company determined by the SELLER. The return shipping fee belongs to the BUYER. After the product reaches the SELLER and the inspection is completed, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

8. Privacy

The personal data of the BUYER is processed within the scope of the KVKK Clarification Text. Orders are sent with discreet packaging.

9. Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from this contract, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply. District or Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized for consumer complaints.

10. Effectiveness

The BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this contract with the order confirmation.
