Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement has been prepared within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The person whose name, address, and contact information are specified during the order.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, and which the BUYER has ordered electronically via the SELLER's website arzumshop.com.tr.

3. Product Information

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and sales price of the product(s) subject to the agreement are included in the order summary approved by the BUYER. The order summary is an integral part of the agreement.

4. Delivery

The product will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the BUYER within 3-7 business days from the order confirmation. This period may be extended due to stock availability or unexpected circumstances; in such cases, the BUYER will be informed.

  • Delivery is only valid for addresses within Turkey.
  • Shipping fees will be notified to the BUYER during the order.
  • Products are sent with discreet packaging; there is no content information on the package.

5. Payment

The BUYER makes the payment by credit card, debit card, or other available payment methods. Payment is collected upon order confirmation. All payments are secured with SSL security infrastructure.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for hygiene products, underwear, and personal care products with opened packaging (Regulation on Distance Contracts Art. 15).
  • The withdrawal notification must be sent via e-mail to info@arzumshop.com.tr.

7. Return and Exchange

Products to be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be sent with the cargo company determined by the SELLER. Return shipping costs belong to the BUYER. After the product reaches the SELLER and the inspection is completed, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

8. Privacy

The personal data of the BUYER is processed within the scope of the KVKK Clarification Text and is not shared with third parties. Orders are sent with discreet packaging.

9. Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from this agreement, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply. Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized for consumer complaints.

10. Enforcement

By confirming the order, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.
