You can return or exchange the products you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date.

Return & Exchange Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The invoice/receipt must be sent with the product.
• The packaging of hygiene products must be unopened.
• Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Ship the product in its original packaging and with its invoice.
3. After the product reaches us, your return/exchange process will be completed within 3-5 business days.
